CRISPR-Directed Gene Editing as a Method to Reduce Chemoresistance in Lung Cancer Cells

We are advancing a novel strategy for the treatment of solid tumors by employing CRISPR-directed gene editing to reduce levels of standard of care required to halt or reverse the progression of tumor growth.
