Darnique Williams currently works as the project manager for the Gene Editing Institute. She provides project management oversight and administrative support to the institute, specifically in grants management and daily business operations. Her support helps maintain consistency in goals, cadence, and the team’s central mission.
Prior to joining the institute, she earned her Masters in Health Administration at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is a proud alumni of SUNY College at Old Westbury, where she earned her Bachelors of Art in Sociology. She’s been a part of health administrative work for ten years, where her responsibilities have ranged from managing responsibilities and affairs at Mount Sinai to [managing] finances at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
