Dana Robertson is a seasoned Executive Assistant with over two decades of experience supporting senior leadership and driving operational excellence across nonprofit, healthcare and research organizations. Known for her precision, discretion, and strategic foresight, Dana has built a career around empowering executives to focus on vision while she handles the details.

Currently, Dana serves as Executive Assistant at the Gene Editing Institute at ChristianaCare, where she supports pioneering scientists and administrative leaders in one of the nation’s leading biomedical research environments. Her role includes managing executive schedules, coordinating high-level communications, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting. Dana’s ability to navigate complex organizational structures and maintain confidentiality makes her an indispensable partner in advancing cutting-edge science.

Her previous roles at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley, The Arc Gloucester, Seabrook House, and AdvoServ Behavioral Health showcase her versatility—from HR coordination and facilities management to board governance and regulatory compliance. Dana’s toolkit includes mastery of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ADP, and Therap, along with a deep understanding of organizational cadence, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization.
